Easy to make and no-bake, these protein-packed naughty nutty balls are great for snacks or breakfast. Your call.
In a blender, pulse muesli, almonds, walnuts. Transfer to a bowl.
In a blender (or fork), mash banana.
Mix muesli and nuts, banana, almond butter and maple syrup.
Scoop out and form a ball.
For flavor, roll each ball as you wish. One flavor per ball: sesame seed, poppy seed, valencia orange peel.
Put in fridge for 20 minutes or overnight if attempting to eat as breakfast.
For added fanciness, sprinkle shredded coconut and serve.
