No Bake Naughty Nutty Balls

Nutty balls

  • 1/2 cup muesli, crushed
  • 1/2 cup almonds, crushed
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, crush
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

Toppings (optional)

  • shredded coconut
  • sesame seed
  • poppy seed
  • valencia orange peel


  1. In a blender, pulse muesli, almonds, walnuts. Transfer to a bowl.

    In a blender (or fork), mash banana.

    Mix muesli and nuts, banana, almond butter and maple syrup.

    Scoop out and form a ball. 

    For flavor, roll each ball as you wish. One flavor per ball: sesame seed, poppy seed, valencia orange peel.

    Put in fridge for 20 minutes or overnight if attempting to eat as breakfast.

    For added fanciness, sprinkle shredded coconut and serve.
