Pumpkin Spice Tapioca Pudding

Great for dessert and snacking, this pumpkin spice tapioca spice will give you holiday feels year-round.

Cook Time 20 minutes


  • 1/2 cup tapioca pearls
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate milk, plant-based
  • 1 tbsp tapioca starch
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla syrup
  • 8 tbsp agave or maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp pumpkin spice and nutmeg


  1. In a pot, boil tapioca pearls with 2 cups water.

    Add plant-based chocolate milk, coconut milk. Reduce heat.

    Add the rest of the ingredients. Stir occasionally.

    Tapioca pearls will turn transparent, swell in size, and soft once cooked.

    Let it cool.

    Serve cold or eat right away.
