Curry Quinoa Salad Recipe

It’s easy to prepare and the exotic taste of curry impress even those who are unfamiliar with this protein-rich beautiful grain!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp spike
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 3 mini cucumbers, diced

Instructions

  1. In a pot, cook quinoa with water.

    Once it starts boiling, add curry powder and spike.

    Reduce heat. Simmer. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Fluff with fork every now and then.

    Add raw vegetables.

    Serve hot or cold. I personally prefer cold
