I seriously can’t wait for fall to unfold its beauty before me. I’m so over summer and can’t help but think of all the best things the incoming season will bestow upon me. Speaking of fall, I had my early treat with the launch of Alexandra K Fall-Winter collection. The best I’ve seen so far in the vegan fashion scene, particularly in the realm of handbags, my obsession!
If you’re unfamiliar, Alexandra K is a Polish brand that utilize unique and inventive vegan materials such as silicone, apple peels, pineapple leather. I have reviewed these bags in the past and if you are subscribed to my YouTube channel, you know that I have a playlist dedicated to vegan handbags, including my updated Alexandra K collection I posted few months ago. Well, add this 1.3 red python pattern to the mix.
Alexandra K’s handbags are well-crafted and made in small batches in artisanal shops around Poland. Each bag comes with a warranty card (good for 2 years), unique serial code and a dust bag.
This 1.3 satchel/crossbody is the 5th one I own because I simply adore the style and size of this handbag. It fits my basic essentials and it instantly elevates my look even if I’m just wearing sneaker or slides. The strap is detachable but not adjustable which is fine by me because I carry this bag as satchel. It has two pockets inside to accommodate your phone and other things. As you can see, it has gold hardware and protective feet. I must mention that I never had issues with the hardware tarnishing (a problem I encountered with another luxury brand Angela Roi).
This bag, as with the rest that I own, is a stunner. I adore snake skin pattern (aside from leopard and cheetah). And the great thing about it is the fact that no innocent animal was killed in the name of fashion (read: why vegan leather).
I purchased this bag from Kind Style Shop, the only US-based seller that sells Alexandra K as far as I know. Worth mentioning is their amazing customer service and very fast shipping.
Here’s my unboxing video for your better appreciation!

What a beautiful bag! You have quite the collection of vegan handbags!
Beautiful bag that’s quite unique. I can imagine this making an outfit even better.
I’d love to see how you style this next. I have a hard time incorporating snakeskin patterns into outfits.
I wear monochromatic (usually black or gray) every time I wear busy patterns like this. My outfits are usually basic but my statement pieces either focus on bags or shoes. But yes, I’ll style this soon.
That’s a gorgeous bag, love the snake print!
I’m envious of your collection! Your style always inspires me. In your experience, does the freedom leather or the apple leather hold up better? I’m very intrigued by both of these textiles, but I’m wondering which would be more durable. Given you have both in your collection, do you have any thoughts on which might wear better?
Both held up good. But in terms of material, the silicone (freedom leather) is a little stronger in my opinion. Thanks for stopping by. xox
Thanks! I really appreciate that.
