I hope your 2019 is off to a great start. I’m back to work (as most of us are) and while my schedule will be hectic in the next days or so, I found time today to film a quick vegan handbag review featuring designer brand Alexandra K. I got this bag before the holidays and wore it practically everyday for the entire month of December.
If you’re new to Alexandra K, you’d be delighted to know that each handbag comes with a 2-year warranty in case of defects, repairs and whatnot. Unlike mass-produced and cheaply made vegan handbags, Alexandra K bags are made in small batches straight from local shops around Poland. The materials are also interesting, from apple peels to silicone, you will find one that suits your taste! Read: tips for buying your first designer vegan handbag
The featured bag for today is called 1.2 Satchel/Crossbody. I have it in black (also available in gray and burgundy). I purchased this bag from Kindstyle Shop, an online retailer dedicated to selling purely vegan handbags. Up close you will notice the grainy leather-like texture and badge which says “this bag is animal cruelty-free and vegan” with unique serial code. It has goldware and can be worn two ways: shoulder and crossbody. I prefer it by the shoulder because it hits right at the hips (as shown in the video).
I like that this bag can instantly up my outfit even if I’m wearing distressed jeans and basic tee. Size-wise, you need to plan what to bring, just the essentials at the very least. Shown below are my downsized items each time I carry this bag. Lastly, here’s the accompanying video so you can better appreciate this beautiful purse in action.
