Falling for fall.
Cooler nights and shorter days.
Pumpkin spice and all the daze.
Nosy for the cozy.
I’m on a roll for fall.

While we don’t get to experience the whole fall vibe here in Hawai’i, it’s safe to assume that our house is decked with everything and anything related to this sublime season. The arrangements (oak leaves and eucalyptus) you see above and below grace my dresser, adding gracious warmth to the all-white walls and furnitures in my home office (read 4 fabulous ways to welcome fall).
But for today’s post, I want to quickly fill you in with my fall favorites, in the realm of beauty and style, and I’m keeping them light for that matter (read my favorite look for fall).
Let’s start with this pair of delicate leaf drop earrings from Anthropologie. You may have seen me share these beauties in one of my haul videos, and yes, I’ve been wearing them practically everyday. I’ve gotten many compliments with this pair and they are indeed beautiful, even more in person! Bonus point for being so lightweight, sometimes I forget I have them on!
What’s fall without a berry lipstick, right? This shade from 100% Pure called Protea is subtle and wearable even for ladies who aren’t into berry or pink shades. My technique is to lightly pat on the lips and smack together for a quick pop of color. I keep the rest of my makeup easygoing and simple, especially when I’m at the clinic. My go-to look? light and easy.
Not too long ago, I shared in the same haul video I mentioned above that I discovered a new bath and body line from Israel. The name is Laline; they have a standalone shop at the posh International Market Place in Honolulu as well as online, which since then, became an absolute obsession! I adore their body oils (Violet Amber, Frozen Pear and Ocean), including the body scrubs and body mist (seen here spraying Violet Amber). The ingredients are mostly natural and the fragrance is light and clean.

I want to end my post with this very cute photo of my furry baby. Hubs took this photo while I was at work. He found Winkles chillin’ in my home office so photo op ’twas!
Do you have any particular beauty favorites/ collections for fall?

Love the leaf earrings from Anthropologie! So pretty! I also love the lipstick. The shade is perfect. Protea is the name of a very weird “flower” that looks like it comes from outer space. Are there protea in Hawaii? They’re often used in flower arrangements because they’re so eye-catching.
You are embodying the fall vibe, for sure! I love the picture of your furry baby!
Such pretty earrings. I no longer have pierced ears but I’d love something like those if I did. I also like your lipstick shade, it’s very flattering.
Love those earrings, they are so pretty and delicate. That shade of lipstick is my go-to shade.
You’re SO beautiful! Girl, I LOVE those earrings, I need them!
Thanks! They’re still available at Anthropologie
Those earrings are so cute! I have a necklace with a similar leaf and find myself wearing it more in thr fall.
Yay to leafy accessories
No one rocks a berry lip like you do! I like the sound of those bath and body products. Violet Amber must smell yum!
You wear berry lippie well too
Protea is a very pretty color! I own a couple 100% Pure matte lipsticks and they are wonderful.
Thanks and yes I agree
Be careful, your fur baby may be planning a blog takeover!
I love these earrings so much a need to get a pair for myself!
Haha! She’s mommy’s assistant but who knows, haha
Aw! Winkles! I am all about hydration, this time of year. Skin, hair, nails and of course, as much as I can drink. Those oils look so pretty in the bottle and I’ll bet they’re wonderful on the skin. Your photos are next level, Kath. They are beautiful.
Thanks much. Hugs from moi and Winkles
