Wow, today’s the last day of the year! How are you welcoming 2016? We’re staying home per usual as it’s going to be a night of barking and cuddling for the poor furry baby, who in her 6th year, isn’t and will never get used to fireworks around the neighborhood. Anyways, let’s go to my December empties, quite cathartic as it signals the end of 2015!

It rarely happens to me (finishing shampoo and conditioner at the same time) but since Proganix Quench shampoo’s formula is on the thicker side, it depleted at the same rate as the conditioner (full review here). I love this duo, particularly the coconut fragrance. Keranique is a different story (full review here), I used up the conditioner faster than the shampoo, a very normal occurrence so to speak.
Like lipstick, it’s also rare for me to consume a whole bottle of fragrance because I own a lot so it’s quite a feat to have finished L’Occitane Fleur D’Or Acacia. One word to describe it: enticing! The mimosa and citrus notes blend so well, it smells mildly fragrant and never headache-inducing. I like Burt’s Bees makeup wipes in general but this cucumber and sage variety smells a bit strong to my liking. Facial mask is a beauty staple, and yes I do own a lot but I’m happy to report that I have squeezed everything out from Rodan + Fields Redefine (full review here).
I hate to sound like a broken record because month after month, The Body Shop body scrub makes it to my empties post. Don’t judge, I hoarded last Black Friday so expect to see more, haha! But seriously, they are that good.
what have you finished lately?
