Retailing for $39.50, this cream-based stick is dual-ended, highlighter on one side and contour on the other. It comes with a latex-free blending sponge, a value-added item I so appreciate! The stick’s formula is oil-free with a velvety matte finish. But what makes this product extra special is the addition of Vitamin A and Sodium hyaluronate which renders a plumper, smoother and softer look and feel.

With a cannonade of contour/highlight how-to’s in the interwebz, it’s easy to get overwhelmed and intimidated. From Kim Kardashian’s strokes to clown contouring, it’s looking more and more complicated. I feel ya! But see, the trick really boils down to blending so do as you please. Pur Cameo in particular is fool-proof as it glides and blends seamless so whether you’re a pro or newbie, you really can’t go wrong with it.

The swatches are applied directly from the tube. The top row corresponds to highlighter and bottom row for contour. Here’s how I use this product:

Again, I applied directly from the tube and used the lighter shade under the eyes, lip corner and nose tip and the darker shade below the cheekbone, jaw line and both sides of the nose. If I didn’t have bangs, I could’ve covered the center (light) and sides of my forehead (dark). I finished by lightly dusting finishing powder over my entire face.  For reference, I chose medium for a subtler look.

You look so cute with bangs! Thank you for swatching these. It is so interesting to see how the shade that I chose (light) looks on someone else: on me the highlighter isn't quite light enough and the contour is a bit too orange. I didn't swatch medium, tan, dark & deep coz I did a giveaway so it was great to see how they would actually look on skin.
