Stemology Renew EnviroExpose Repair and Restore Creme, Review, stem cell in skincare

Stemology claims to “prevent and improve the number one cause of aging: declining production of epidermal, collagen, and elastin cells, which results in dull, thin and wrinkled skin lacking in firmness and elasticity”. The Cell Renew EnviroExpose Repair and Restore Creme features cell nutrients, antioxidants and anti-inflammatory agents, hydrates and protects skin against free radicals. While wrinkles are inevitable, I firmly believe that occurrence of such can be delayed with proper skincare.

Organic Aloe Barbadensis Juice (Aloe Vera), Algae Extract, Camellia Oleifera (Japanese Green Tea) Leaf Extract, Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate (Vitamin C), Organic Rosa Canina (Rosehip Seed) Oil, Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), Hyaluronic Acid, Organic Leontopodium Alpinum (Edelweiss) Extract, Sea Kelp (Lactobacillus/kelp ferment filtrate) Bioferment, Organic Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract, Organic Centella Asiatica Extract, Organic Equisetum Arvense Leaf Extract, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Organic Linum Alpinum Extract, Zinc PCA, Panthenol, Organic Pelargonium Sidoides (Geranium) Extract, Organic Taraxacum Officinale (Dandelion) Extract, L- Arginine, Vaccinium Macrocarpon (Cranberry Seed) Oil, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Vaccinium Angustifolium (Blueberry) Extract, Organic Vaccinium Macrocarpon (Cranberry) Extract, Rubus Ideaus (Raspberry Seed) Oil, Oenothera Biennis (Evening Primrose) Oil, Ginkgo Biloba Extract, Vitis Vinifera (Grapeseed) Oil, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Silybum Marianum (Milk Thistle) Extract, Organic Salvia Officinalis (Sage) Extract, Organic Schisandra Chinensis Extract, Organic Thymus Vulgaris (Thyme) Extract, Ubiquinone, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Kosher Vegetable Glycerin, Ethylhexyl Glycerin, Phenoxyethanol, Natural Fragrance

I consider The Cell Renew EnviroExpose Repair and Restore Creme more like a serum, consistency-wise. The liquid formula is pale yellow with fragrance reminiscent of plant concoctions, woodsy and aromatic to be exact. It is lightweight and gets absorbed onto the skin pretty fast. I like to layer it with retinol in the evening and sunscreen in the morning pre-makeup. With my skin being extremely sensitive as of late, I am happy to report that I did not experience irritation or breakouts. My skin also feels supple, something my aging skin needs!

Have you tried anything from Stemology?

It's funny, I've found some moisturizers that seem more like serums and some serums that could easily function as a moisturizer. Sounds like this "serum" is a good one in terms of ingredients and benefits. Worth a try!

This sounds like an intriguing lotion! That it feels more like a serum appeals to me, and it sounds like a great fit with retinol-based products!

This sounds great! I don't know if I could deal with the woodsy scent on my face, though.

I like the sounds of this moisturizer except the scent. I do not like scents on things that go on my face. 🙁
