I must say, it takes me a minute or two (sometimes three) to groom and define my brows every single day. I can forgo eyeliner or mascara but never pristine brows. I have tried a gamut, from powder to cream to pencil and while each one requires familiarization, I find pencil to be the easiest to use. Enter Hourglass Arch Brow Sculpting Pencil, the latest to grace my ever expanding collection.

Sold in nine shades ($32 each), I received Soft Brunette and Warm Brunette, with the latter just a tad darker but overall still a good match for my medium skin tone.  It’s double-ended, bearing a spoolie brush on one side and a slanted retractable pencil on the other.

If you adore natural looking brows (read: no Instagram and overly-drawn brows), then you will find this product your best ally. It’s creamier than my other favorite Tom Ford Brow Sculptor, hence there is less dragging yet more color payoff involved with Hourglass. Its duo-functionality makes it travel-friendly and practical so a purchase is imminent down the line.
