Part of the Bloom Rose Fall 2015 collection, Kiss Kiss RoseLip is the offshoot of Kiss Kiss Shaping Cream Lip Colour Lipstick. The main selling point of this new line is the rose oil extract which helps hydrate and plump lips. And yes, it’s a tinted balm so expect pigmentation to be subtle yet sophisticated.

No plump phenomenon but there is intense hydration and for that alone, I am sold. Plus I’m a Guerlain fanatic so while it is spendy for a lip balm ($37), I love the finish and ultra-soft look it renders. Pink Me Up is soft pink while Wonder Violette is light berry.
