I like variety, fitness-wise. I can’t stick to one routine because it gets boring eventually. Boredom= demotivation. As some of you probably know, I alternate hiphop dance, yoga, treadmill, and hula hoop on weekends while I bike or walk 4 times on weekdays. You bet I take staying in tiptop shape seriously. Aging won’t slow me down, inactivity will. 

Add jump rope to my routine. As a kid back in the day, I had fun playing jump rope with friends. But between reliving my childhood and committing to active lifestyle now, it’s great to burn calories with good ‘ol jump rope!

I received blue, which in terms of function and property, doesn’t really matter. I don’t know about you but will pink or teal make my jumping faster? smile, we need humor to thrive! Other pros: comfortable secure grip and solid vinyl rope which makes it easy (and fast) to jump. Now if you haven’t jumped rope in years, keep it slow until you get the hang of it. Because tripping…ain’t fab.
