‘Twas a pity party of three in June so I waited for July to make this post rather engaging. So without babbling further, here are the products I finished, which in the world of beauty blogging a.k.a hoarding, remains an absolute challenge!
Addicted to scrubs. I don’t know about you but bathing isn’t complete without exfoliation. I have repurchased The Body Shop scrubs multiple times because aside from their awesome deals from time to time (buy 3, get 3), I like the gentle exfoliation and delectable fragrance of these scrubs! Mango scrub is perfect for summer, it has salt and sugar drenched in mango seed oil. Pink Grapefruit is another winner, fruity no less! Strawberry Body Polish is another favorite, I can eat my skin, literally, haha! Vineyard Peach Cream Body Scrub is okay, not a fan of the scent but it does the job (currently 50% off at The Body Shop, $10).
Wipes or cleansing cloths are beauty staples. If I’m not using micellar water, cleansing oil or makeup remover, I grab any wipes near me. Let’s just say that each trip to Target or Walmart, I need to throw some into the shopping cart. I love the gentleness of Cetaphil Cleansing Cloths and adore the coconut fragrance of Pacifica Essential Makeup Removing Wipes.
Paula’s Choice Perfectly Balanced Foaming Cleanser is a nice daily facial cleanser because it does not leave my skin feeling tight and dry. I have raved about Murad Invisiblur Perfecting Shield because it’s a 3-in-1 product: moisturizer, sunscreen, primer. Murad Hydro-Dynamic Ultimate Moisture is ideal for maturing skin like mine, it gets absorbed pretty easily and ultra- lightweight too. Glamglow Powermud is another mask I have repurchased many times, it’s the least tingly and most tolerable for me. Lastly, Truage Daily Cleanser is another facial wash suited for sensitive skin.
