Today I’m sharing my weekend at-home spa, a ritual of pure self-pampering and uninterrupted bliss every Sundays. It’s my me-time, and it’s all about me because I love me.

This head to toe self-indulgence is non-negotiable. Face mask takes the biggest chunk, I have quite a collection so choosing which one is always a fun experience. Recently I was introduced to Stemology Cell Reboot Ageless Mask ($85, 1.76 oz), an anti-aging mask made from natural ingredients which are known to rejuvenate skin cells.

As you can see from the photo, this face mask has red brown tint to it with minuscule seeds. It smells like pumpkin with semi-creamy consistency. It comes in a squirt-pump jar presentation, nifty idea but I suggest that you pump it with your entire palm covering the dispenser; ‘thought I’d let you know because it did splatter on few occasions. I let this soak in for 45 minutes and rinse. Overall I love how my face feels after, soft and glowing missy!

Hair mask is another obsession of mine. With long and color-treated hair, you bet it needs all the nourishment in the world. Last is exfoliation, while I do it regularly, my bath time is extra-long on the weekends.

Question is, do I really wait for Sunday to indulge? For the most part yes; but because I love me, I devote at least 20 minutes mid-week or whenever I can, with special emphasis on face mask. Addicted to anti-aging skincare, indeed I am.

How frequent do you pamper yourself?
