In my attempt to amp up my food choices, I have been curtailing unnecessary takeouts and whatnots. Jamba Juice is unfortunately one of the badly- hit because I’ve been blending and smashing my own smoothie. I mean, it ain’t that hard; add the fact that I want to be in total control of what I consume. So for today’s Easy Recipe segment, let’s beat summer heat with Strawberry Banana Smoothie!
What you need: 5-6 strawberries (diced), 1 banana (sliced), 1 cup vanilla yogurt, 1 glass crushed ice, 1/4 cup water.
How to: Crush altogether in a blender, no-brainer.
You know what’s weird? I can’t eat yogurt but for some odd reasons, I can drink it without stomach issues (when mixed with fruits).
