Inside the bag inside the bag. Okay, what I actually meant was what’s inside the (makeup) bag that’s inside the (messenger) bag.
C’mon admit it, we all want to see what’s inside a woman’s bag, it’s the voyeuristic tendency in us! Few years ago, I was new to company xyz and this biotchie randomly opened my purse and had this to say “what’s all these junk in your bag”? I snapped in a flash “oh well, some expensive junk you can’t afford”. Lo, since then that two-faced colleague became extra-friendly to me. Anyways, let’s unravel my junk altogether…
After lippies, handbags are my trivial pride and joy. I try my best to give them equal attention so I rotate my purses on a weekly basis. When the idea of writing “what’s inside my bag” popped, Tory Burch Amanda Foldover Messenger Bag is “the IT bag of the week”. If you’re following me on Instagram, chances are you may have spotted this multipurpose baby several times.

I repeat, multipurpose. While I use it mostly as cross-body/messenger, it’s also a tote/shopper bag (unfolded).
Ready for the contents?
I always carry a pair of sunnies to protect my eyes from the glare. Coincidentally, it’s from Tory Burch again. Are you getting the vibe that Imma fan?
I love my Onna Ehrlich Bella Wallet, it has 16 card slots (yeah that many), zipper pockets, bill holder, and a wristlet. I wasn’t sure with the color but I settled for red because I bought it around Christmas time, what a rationale, haha! I also carry a checkbook 24/7, not that I use it often.
We’re slowly getting to the more interesting part….
So inside the bag are two bags: a large Too Faced makeup bag where I keep all these items (my go-to mist at the moment, Josie Maran, Bite Beauty lip crayon (grape), sanitary pad, Ricola case, and a small Clinique bag to hold my lippies)
And now the big reveal… say aloha to my babies (rest assured I rotate them too). For this particular week, these are the lippies yo mama anointed…

I know what you’re thinking, “girl do you need to carry all these lippies”? a resounding yes! Not to forget, inside that Clinique bag you will also find a small mirror and oil-blotting sheets.
Okay few more items and we’re done… a lonely Ricola candy and hand sanitizer for the germaphobe.

I need to try and rotate my bags more often… but girl, I carry too much in my purse. I wish things were a little more simplified but with one child who plays bball and falls and 2 others in everything… I need my first aid kit and so much more. lol

yes, those products I showed (mist, sanitizer, etc), they're staples that's why I keep 'em in a big bag for easy transfer

I use a purse organizer so that I can rotate my purses, too – though I seem to end up carrying black or brown most of the time. I have quite a collection – I need to rotate more! I can't believe I actually have MORE lippies in my purse than you do, though yours are way cuter and $$.
