Happy Monday Ladies! As the title suggests, this is a collaboration with some of my favorite beauty and style bloggers. There are top ten pantone color trends for spring (check out the other shades here); I chose Cayenne, it’s a bright red orange hue that you can incorporate both in your outfit or makeup.

So my top of mind question was “do I have anything in my closet that’s close to cayenne as possible”?

Saved by a tunic! My personal style is laid-back glam so using my old tunic as the anchor, I pulled out this pair of white shorts and cayenne thong sandals.

If you know me well enough, I could’ve picked a bright red orange lippy like Tom Ford Firecracker from Spring 2014 Lip Sheer Collection, but this zilla wants the yin-yang effect. So to balance the uber brightness of it all, I decided to keep my lips and the rest of my makeup fresh, youthful and understated.

Get the look (specific reviews are linked):

After washing and toning my face, I applied YSL Top Secrets All-In-One-BB Cream Skintone Perfector (Medium). I have reviewed it here.

To conceal dark circles and brighten my under eyes, I reached for my holy grail to-date, Cover FX Cream Concealer (G Light).

To set my makeup, I used Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder (Diffused Light).

For my eyebrows, I used no other than my go-to Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade (Dark Brown).

For my eye makeup, I chose Urban Decay Naked 3. I applied Trick on my eyelids, Nooner on crease and Strange on brow arch.

I’m into tightlining these days so my no non-sense pick was Marc Jacobs Highliner Gel Crayon Blacquer.

For my bottom lashes, I applied one coat of Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara and for my upper lashes, Tarte Amazonian Clay Smart Mascara.

To give moi that youthful glow, I opted for Nars Orgasm blush.

Finally for my lips, I chose Make Up For Ever Rouge Artist Intense 39 (satin orange coral)

And the exotic earrings? they’re from Claires!
