I know I’m not the only one who gets excited over empty bottles of shampoos and whatnots or makeups almost hitting pan. Call it trivial but that’s what I have become over the last months. I have a plastic bag in the bathroom drawer where I collect my empties until I’m ready to post ’em, all in their naked glory. It’s like an affirmation of self-control. It’s hard I tell ‘ya but I try to keep up.

Let’s start from the top, hair care! I have reviewed Taya Amazon White Clay Thickening shampoo and conditioner (plus some more from the line) not too long ago. I like how this combo made my hair silky-smooth.

Now we go to my torso, arms, legs, feet and all the nooks and crannies of your imagination, haha!

I’m big on body scrubs, drugstore or high-end it doesn’t matter as long as I love the scent or texture. I have also reviewed Perlier Volcanic Thermal Spa Scrub, while I like its gentle exfoliation properties, I wasn’t a fan of the scent.

The Body Shop is one of my favorites when it comes to shower gel. So yes, I will stock up when I hit the mall after Christmas so I can avail of huge discounts!

Body Butter or lotion is one category that’s hard to consume down to the last drop. I have several in my stash that’s why. I found this moisturizer brand called Boutique at TJ Maxx. It has a hint of floral scent and feels so light on the skin.

Back in August, I did a major Victoria’s Secret haul. Their 6+1 promo (I think?!) was simply too hard to resist so I bought every lotion, cologne, lingerie, etc. Fast forward to present, I’m still forcing myself to use them up so I’m glad that I have finished this mini-bottle of Luscious Crush fragrance. It smells like candy!

Time for skincare! Let’s begin with facial masks from The Face Shop, a Korean skincare brand.

If you have The Face Shop near you, I say go try these masks, they’re only $2 each! I like to store these in the fridge so they stay cool and moist. Once or twice a week, I treat my face ala- spa. Ten minutes of nirvana at home, olala! By the way, that Volcanic clay is a nose strip, another must-try from The Face Shop.

Let’s go to more skincare products.

I have reviewed Eclos skin prep cleanser here. It has a nice apple scent, perfect for daytime skincare.

Another must-try for you is Alba Botanica Hawaiian Facial Wash, it feels so gentle and the coconut fragrance is definitely inviting!

I initially thought that these Pacifica wipes are for makeup. Boo me for not reading; turns out, they are lotion wipes. But see they come in handy when you’re out and about and want to freshen up!

Another favorite from The Face Shop would be their makeup wipes. They remove makeup and residues with less effort. No face- tugging of sorts, if that makes sense.

What are your recent empties? I’m curious as a cat!
