Wowza! I can’t believe this is my fourth batch of consuming products down to their last drop. It’s hard to resist the temptation of impulse-buying, specially if you’re a beauty junkayyy; so on that note, let me pat my own shoulders- who else will jeez?
I have reviewed Dermorganic previously. It sounds like a face product but really it’s for your hair dahlings! If you are into organic products, then this shampoo and conditioner combo is made for you. Devoid of strong fragrance, parabens, SLS and other harmful chemicals, Dermorganic keeps your mane healthy.
Another hair product I finished but not happy about is Organix awapuhi ginger instant recovery mask. It’s supposed to soften dry hair with keratin proteins. So I used it several times as a deep conditioning mask (after shampoo, leave on for 3-5 minutes, rinse). I didn’t see anything spectacular or buzz-worthy at all. Disappointed is an understatement. Organix is my go-to drugstore haircare brand ( I like their tea tree!) but this awapuhi so-so mask left an awful ginger taste in my vernac.
I am a fan of Jurlique and rosewater balancing mist is one of my faves. It’s my toner and makeup setting spray in one. A ‘lil pricey but well worth it.
Whenever I go to CVS (Long’s) or Target, I always pick up Burts Bee’s facial cleansing wipes. It’s gentle, opthalmologist-tested and affordable!
I haven’t met any woman who doesn’t know or own a thing or two from Bath and Body Works. I like the Aruba coconut body lotion from their 2013 escape collection. Living in Hawaii and smelling like coconut, paradise much?
What are your recent product empties?
Kathryne
I LOVE these types of posts!
Recently I've finished up a BBW Paris Amour lotion, aveeno positively radiant cleaner, and a revlon eyeliner marker.
Hi Krystle! yay for your empties! it's hard to control spending so being able to finish everything is a feat, no matter how trivial it is for others, LOL!
im loving posts like this lately, i think because it meant that all cents consumed! 🙂
Hi Gerilen. How are you? thanks for liking! It's hard to resist temptation but this forces me to really control unnecessary spending :-)))
It is difficult to go through an entire product, I commend thee! Recently I finished my Suave Moroccan Shampoo and Conditioner and my Almay makeup remover pads. That's about it!
Exactly my friend! it makes it even harder when we have loads of products to review. Yay to your empties!!!!
Love the whole review, Im also so happy those products are natural and conscious. ( you know where I stand for)
I don't know the Aruba btw I live on a Island beside Aruba, I have another one that smells pretty good
yep! cruelty-free they are! It must be beautiful living in your island. ooops, I forgot I live on the island too :-)))
I'm dying to try the DermOrganic. I keep seeing such great reviews! Also, I think you're right that every woman has a Bath & Body Works product 🙂
Hi Arielle. Thanks for stopping by. BBW is definitely a woman brand & must-have :-))
I finished Bath & Body Works' Sweet on Paris shower gel this month. It smelled fantastic, but unfortunately not like a tropical paradise!
