Chic and modern. That’s how I would describe Stila’s Collectible City Palettes. Rockin in Rio depicts TheFabZilla character. Naughty & Nice. Smiles & Growls. And that LBD (little black dress)? I have a similar style! Such coincidence.

Available in 5 city themes/character, this palette features five complimenting eyeshadows, dual lip and cheek cream, face chart and a mirror for quick touch ups.
The addition of face chart & how-to’s make this palette newbie-friendly.
Samba is champagne with slight shimmer finish. Carnivale is shimmer gray. Copacabana is matte flesh. Bossa Nova is is shimmer silver-beige. Ipanema is shimmer midnight blue. Freesia is pink with blue undertone.
These eyeshadows are moderately pigmented. The colors don’t come off as bright as they are from the pan. But they’re definitely buildable and versatile enough to wear from day to night to partayyyyy! Used with an eye primer, they didn’t smudge, crease, or melt under the hot Hawaiian sun. I rocked in Honolulu not in Rio. The dual lip-cheek-creme glides easily and I wear it mostly as lipstick. I have oily skin so I stay away from creme blushes, just a note to remember.
What’s more to love about Stila? It remains cruelty-free and environment-friendly with its recyclable carton packaging. So don’t loathe the kraft paper babe.
Have you tried any of Stila’s city theme palettes? What’s your favorite?
xoxo
I haven't tried any of these palettes! Your look is stunning, the lip/cheek color alone is reason enough to pick this one up. Ipanema would probably be my favorite eyeshadow in this one.
Hi Tina. I think you'll like this. I use Ipanema a lot lately for that pop of color in my lower lash line 🙂
Love the look! I really like the lip color!
Thanks much. Have a fabulous week ahead
