Feeling so much better + Face of the Day

After a week of practically no makeup due to my being lazy and sick (fever and flu), I'm feeling so much better today. And what's a girl gotta do? Hello makeup!!!

I was supposed to go to my aunt's house to fix her computer but she called off the last minute so my newly energized self headed to the mall to breathe some retail air. *sneezes*

I will do a separate post for a love-at-first-sight purchase I did today, it ain't makeup though. But yes,  a mall visit is not  complete without checking out new makeup releases. I think I know what I'm getting for the holidays!

Then I went to The Body Shop to buy ionic clay face mask. The sales associate approached me with a bag full of cards. She told me to pick one of the cards, tear it and voila! I got 50% off on all regularly-priced items. Plus my 10% off member card, this girl walked out with a big a smile on her face! 60% off- it must be my day today....

1:30pm, Ms. Hungry Tummy was made happy by Panda Express (steamed fish ginger, orange chicken, fried rice). And as if today's fun wasn't enough, I cracked the fortune cookie and it said "Long absent friends are coming back to you now". I laughed so hard! Hell'ya, this fortune is so true. User-friendly friends are inching their way back, it's the holiday season, babe! Cheers!
